Aluminium bars will never rust. This is because rust is iron oxide, and most aluminium has little to no iron in its composition.
Aluminium bars can, however, corrode. Corrosion occurs when the protective oxide coating on the bars becomes unstable, exposing the metal to the elements. To avoid this, keep aluminium away from areas with low or very high pH. You could also try painting, anodising, or a similar surface treatment.
Aluminium is non-combustible and has a melting point of about 660 °C. Although it will burn eventually, it requires a far higher temperature than it would ever normally be exposed to.
